Commission & Fees
It's straightforward — you keep 100% of your earned commission on every transaction. We charge a flat $100/month desk fee and a $550 per-transaction fee. That's it. No splits, no percentages taken off the top, no hidden charges. New agents get their first year desk fee completely waived.
There are only two fees: a $100/month desk fee and a $550 transaction fee at closing. The desk fee covers your brokerage affiliation, broker support, marketing tools, and E&O insurance. The transaction fee is only charged when you close a deal. New agents get the desk fee waived for their entire first year.
No. There are no franchise fees, no technology fees, no marketing fees, and no minimum sales quotas. What we tell you is what you pay — a $100/month desk fee and $550 per transaction. The desk fee is waived entirely for your first year as a new agent.
No cap whatsoever. You can close as many deals as you want — one or a hundred — and you'll keep 100% of your commission on every single one. We don't limit your earning potential.
Newly licensed agents and agents transferring from another brokerage pay $0 in desk fees for their entire first year — that's 12 months at $0/month. You only pay the $550 transaction fee when you close deals. After year one, the desk fee is $100/month. Plus, our referral program lets you earn additional free years: for every licensed agent you refer who joins Mega Realty, you get another year with $0 desk fees once they start paying their own. There's no cap on referrals.

Yes, you need an active Pennsylvania real estate license to join as an agent. If you're currently getting your license or interested in starting the process, reach out anyway — we're happy to guide you and have you join as soon as you're licensed.
We keep it fast and simple. Once you've completed the paperwork and your license transfer is processed, most agents are fully set up and ready to go within 2-5 business days. We handle the heavy lifting so you can start earning quickly.
Yes. We'll help you transfer your active listings to Mega Realty as part of the onboarding process. We want to make the transition as seamless as possible so there's no disruption to your business.
Support & Tools
Our broker team is available to help you with contract questions, deal strategy, compliance, and anything else you need. Whether it's a tricky negotiation or a paperwork question, you'll always have someone to call. We don't leave our agents hanging.
Yes. E&O insurance is included as part of your Mega Realty membership. You're covered from day one — no separate policies to buy, no extra fees. This gives you peace of mind on every transaction.
We provide access to professional marketing materials, listing tools, and digital marketing support to help you close more deals and build your brand. You'll have everything you need to market your listings and yourself professionally.
No. We offer a flexible work model — you can work from home, a coffee shop, on the road, or wherever you're most productive. There are no mandatory office hours and no required office space. Your business, your schedule.
We provide access to the MLS boards covering the areas you serve. During onboarding, we'll make sure you're set up with the right MLS access for your market. We're licensed statewide across Pennsylvania.
Coverage & Territory
Mega Realty is licensed across the state of Pennsylvania. Whether you work in Philadelphia, the suburbs, the Lehigh Valley, Central PA, the Poconos, or Western PA — you can operate under Mega Realty anywhere in the state.
